Our Business

Maiale believes that the difference between us and the rest are the fresh ingredients we use. All our pork comes from local Lancaster Valley Hogs.

We are also working on building relationships with local Delaware farms and use local farm fresh produce whenever possible.

Chef/Owner Billy Rawstrom is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and has been cooking professionally for 15 years. A Delaware native, he enjoys cooking Italian, French, and American cuisines.
