We create the best hand crafted salumi in Delaware. Our signature salumi includes Tuscan Salami, Sopressata, Finocchiona, Cacciatore Salami, Pepperoni, Landjagger, Pancetta, and Guanciale .

We also carry a line of fresh sausages including sweet sausage, hot sausage, bratwurst, chorizo, andouille, sun dried tomato, basil, and chicken sausage, and fresh made hot dogs.

All sausages and dried salumi are handcrafted in house and made fresh daily.
